The owner of this shop is a awful human who doesn't care about the customers, he tries to constantly upsell products that aren't necessarily needed and does it solely for the benefit of him self now to the real reason im giving 1 star if I could do no stars I would but I have shopped here maybe 10 times over the past year or so and in that time the owner has been unprofessional multiple times I've personally watched him talk down to his employee while I was in the shop and that gave me a bad taste in my mouth and I have multiple friends who shop there and they have told me similar stories of their experience in the store. I will no longer support such a poor character he does not deserve our business. In all seriousness people like him are whats wrong with the growing community, they are in it for the wrong reasons. Do us all a favor JOHN! and find a new profession you dont belong in this industry!!!!!

I had a great experience! I needed a specialty item (3x3 flood table), and even though they didn't have it, they ordered it in for me and I had it in just a few days with no shipping cost. The person I spoke with was also knowledgeable about my options and talked me through the pros and cons of some accessory items I was considering. They were also very considerate to my friend, who was having trouble standing because of some knee issues, and helped her get a seat. I will definitely be back.

We went in today to get some perlite for our flowers. The experience we have everytime we go in is amazing. But today the employee who helped is phenomenal. Literally blew our mind. SUPER knowledgeable and we talked for about an hour about flowers and plants. Very grateful for your help today! I didn’t get his name but he’s younger and super informative and helpful! Thank you!
